Our Satisfaction Guarantee

At Dog Wear Studio, every item is made to order just for you. That means it’s printed and shipped specially for you after you place your order. Because of this, we cannot accommodate returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production begins (12 hours after you place your order).

We encourage you to carefully review product details and size charts, and reach out with any questions before ordering.

That said, we fully stand behind every item we ship.  We want you to absolutely love what you receive. If something isn’t right, contact us at support@dogwearstudio.com within 30 days of purchase and we’ll do our best to make it right.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to edit or cancel your order? Requests must be made within 12 hours of purchase.

Please review your order confirmation to ensure the design, color, size, and shipping address is accurate.

If your request is received within 12 hours, we’ll do our best to accommodate it. Please note that once your item has entered production, cancellation or changes are no longer possible.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@dogwearstudio.com with a clear photo of the issue so we can evaluate and make it right. Please include the neck tag, shirt design, and defect or damage in one clear photo.

 

Sizing & Print Placement

Sizing issues on correctly fulfilled orders are not eligible for return or exchange. We strongly recommend reviewing our size guide and comparing our sizing to a favorite shirt before placing your order.  Sizing differences of +/- 1" from the published size chart are within manufacturing tolerance and are not subject to refund or replacement. 

All Dog Wear Studio products are printed to order. Slight variations in print placement are a normal part of the production process and are not considered defects.

 

Exceptions

Please note that gift cards are non-refundable under any circumstances.
