Delivery & Shipping

At Dog Wear Studio, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality you expect from us.  Every item is made to order just for you, so your total delivery time is the sum of two things:

Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time

 

Production Time

Because each shirt is printed specifically for you after your order is placed, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.  You will receive an automatic email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

 

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

       Standard Shipping: 4–10 business days

 

Please note that these are estimated times and may vary depending on carrier availability, your location, and shipping volume during peak seasons such as holidays.  We ship from print partner locations throughout the United States, and your order will be fulfilled by the partner nearest to you.

 

Shipping Rates

       Standard Shipping: $4.98 per order

       Free Shipping: All orders of $100 or more ship free.  No code needed, discount applied automatically at checkout

 

Where We Ship

Dog Wear Studio ships to the United States only.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states.  We recommend using a street address rather than a PO box, as carrier assignment varies by order and PO box delivery can be unpredictable.

 

Tracking Your Order

Every order ships with a tracking number.  You’ll receive your tracking information by email automatically as soon as your order is on its way.  If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Please note that some of our orders ship via OnTrac, a regional U.S. carrier that may experience delays in updating tracking status in real time.  If your tracking doesn’t show movement right away, this is normal.  Your package is still on its way.

 

Lost or Undelivered Orders

We make every effort to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.  Once a package has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.  If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund on a lost or undelivered order, please contact us at support@dogwearstudio.com within 30 calendar days of the shipping date.

If we do not receive a report within that window, we are no longer able to offer a replacement or refund, and the order will be considered fulfilled.

 

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.  If you need to update your address, contact us at support@dogwearstudio.com immediately.  Address changes are only possible before your order enters production.

Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout are not eligible for a free replacement or refund.  Please double-check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
